Protecting your personal data is very important to me. I process your data exclusively in accordance with the legal provisions (GDPR, TMG).

Contact

When you contact me via the contact form, your name, email address, and message are stored for the purpose of handling your request. This data will not be shared without your consent.

Spam & Abuse Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect against automated access and spam, the contact form uses the CAPTCHA system Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The service is only loaded when you actively interact with the form (e.g. by focusing an input field). Cloudflare processes technical device information, browser data, and your IP address to verify that the interaction is human – without displaying a traditional image CAPTCHA. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting the contact form against misuse). For more information on Cloudflare's data practices, see: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. In addition, your IP address is stored server-side for up to 1 hour to limit repeated submissions.

Server Logs & Tracking

No server-side tracking services are used. Your IP address is not stored permanently outside of the cache mentioned above.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can file a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority.
