In my holistic health consultations, the focus is on identifying and understanding the deeper root causes of physical symptoms, recurring complaints, or emotional patterns.

Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, we explore together the connections between body, psyche, soul, the nervous system, and inner imprints or conditioning.

My work is partly based on the integrative approaches of Dr. Rüdiger Dahlke and Applied Neurobiology according to Dr. Klinghardt, which I combine with inner child work, systemic perspectives, and body-oriented awareness.

The aim is to make the original triggers visible and to support sustainable change and regulation on this deeper level.

Psychokinesiology is a body-oriented method that helps to examine whether physical or psychological symptoms are connected to an unresolved, often unconscious inner conflict.

Many of these conflicts are not accessible to the conscious mind and instead show themselves through recurring symptoms or emotional strain.

Through targeted questions and a muscle test, the subconscious is given the opportunity to express itself and reveal the origin of a symptom or issue.
This may show whether the connection lies in a past trauma, a childhood issue, a generational (ancestral) pattern, or other formative experiences.

The process is not only about understanding these connections, but also about perceiving them on a physical, emotional, and soul level.
